Position Type: Locum Family Physician

Term: June 1 to July 31

Practice Details

• Established Family Health Organization (FHO) practice
• Approximately 1,100 rostered patients and 100 unrostered patients
• The practice serves a predominantly Filipino patient population
• Well-supported clinic with experienced administrative staff
• No overhead costs

Clinical Commitment

• 6 half-days per week (minimum)
• Thursdays evening block (5-8 pm) required
• Each half-day = 3-hour block
• Comprehensive primary care
• Inbox coverage

Compensation

• FHO + hourly billing model ($80 per hour billed to OHIP)
• Guaranteed daily minimum per 3-hour block ($550)
• Shadow billings paid to locum
• Third-party billings paid to locum

Clinic Support

• Full medical administrative support, including:
  • Vaccinations
  • Vital signs
  • Well baby measurements
• Efficient clinic workflows
• Free on-site parking

Candidate Requirements

• CPSO license in good standing
• Eligible to work and bill in Ontario
• New grads welcome

• June 1
