FHO Physician in transition to retirement within time frame of approx. one year.

Looking for Family medicine grad. / Practitioner to take over in full time capacity.

 Total size of practice about 900-1000 patients. About 1/2 of patient population are Mandarin speaking.

Candidate with English and Mandarin fluency would be preferential.

Would help and work along to help to facilitate a smooth transition.

Position starting Feb 1, 2026.
