These physicians will work closely with the professionals in the Centre’s various programs.
Our team currently consists of 3 permanent family physicians, a family, a consulting psychiatrist, 3 nurse practitioners (1.4 FTE) , 2 registered nurses (1.5 FTE), a psychotherapist (0.6 FTE), 2 social workers (1.6 FTE) specializing in social intervention and counselling, a dietitian (0.27 FTE), a contract orthotist-prosthetist, a contract foot care nurse specialist and an administrative support team. We are also partnered with another clinic consisting of an integrative health physician, 2 chiropractors, a physical therapist, an acupuncturist, and a massage therapist.
Our clinical activities are focused on 5 clinical programs: a mental health program, a maternal and child care program, a chronic care program (diabetes, cholesterol, hypertension), a nutrition program and a foot care program.
Our electronic medical records (EMR) are supported by Telus PS Suite software and its OCEAN add-on modules (secure messaging, appointment reminder), and videoconferencing via OTN. You can also access it remotely through our VPN. We are considering offering AI assistance for clinical note taking.
The complete management of clinical and administrative operations is carried out by a management team with close to 30 years of experience in the health care field and having also worked as health care professionals in various settings. We therefore understand your reality very well.
Desired Profile
