The Listowel FHO currently has openings for FM Practice with our progressive and collegial team.  PRACTICE AVAILABLE with well managed patient roster available.

Our FHT/FHO team consists of:   12 physicians (4 practicing FM-OB), (2 FMA's), clinical pharmacist, 2 primary care NP's, mental health counsellors, MSW (youth and adolescent), oncology nurse navigator, dietician, youth addictions counsellor, 2 RN's, 2 RPN's, quality manager and administrative staff.  The FHO offers a turnkey opportunity providing billing administration, nursing, medical administration and triage nursing services in our modern clinic located across the street from Listowel Memorial Hospital.

Listowel Memorial Hospital is a 41- bed full service hospital with Level 1 Obstetrics with a dedicated General Surgeon.  Weekly OB pre-natal clinics as well as Mother/Baby program with newly renovated labour and post partum rooms.  Listowel Memorial Hospital is a comprehensive facility with Emergency Department, Diagnostic Imaging - onsite CT, Ambulatory Care and Surgical suites and a full complement of clinical consultants: Cardiology, Dermatology, ENT, Gastroenterology, Gerontology, Oral/Maxillofacial Surgeon, OB/Gynecology, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Surgical and Urology. EMR links with 10 hospitals including London.  

Listowel is centrally located in Southwestern Ontario in a growing community of 9,500 and serves a catchment population of 27,000. Located 30 min from Kitchener-Waterloo,  1 hour from the shores of Lake Huron, 1 hr 30 min from London 2 hrs from Toronto.
