Job Description

Cephala MD is seeking a Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation physician to join our growing physician-led neurosciences clinic on a locum, part-time, or full-time basis; favourable split 70-30%.
This role is ideal for a physiatrist with an interest in neurologic, musculoskeletal, and soft tissue pain conditions, including headache-adjacent pain syndromes, neck and back pain, radiculopathy, peripheral nerve disorders, spasticity, post-injury rehabilitation, myofascial pain, and complex functional recovery.
Cephala MD offers a turnkey, professionally supported and collegial clinical environment designed to reduce administrative friction and allow physicians to focus on excellent patient care, with emerging plans to integrate physiotherapy, occupational therapy, registered massage therapy and couselling with somatic therapy.
Candidates should hold, or be eligible for, appropriate licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia, maintain appropriate medico-legal coverage, and have experience in evidence-informed rehabilitation, musculoskeletal assessment, and procedural pain care.
This is a flexible opportunity for a physician who wants to practise in a curated, supportive, neurologically informed clinic environment without having to build the operational infrastructure from scratch.

Qualifications:
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (Desired); Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License (Full); Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) (Mandatory); Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of Canada (FRCPC) (Mandatory)
