Fee-for-service with a competitive split and TPM

The Co-Managed care model provides an alternative to the fee-for-service (FFS) payment method through a Clinical Alternative Relationship Plan (ARP) that compensates physicians for providing a set of clinical services at defined facilities to a target patient population better suited to them and their patients. Successful candidates will be contracted annually, and remuneration can be primarily through the Non-MRP Clinical ARP. Remuneration for this position is based on the Academic Medicine & Health Services Program (AMHSP). Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.

Fee for Service Compensation - $ 300,000 - $ 375,000 Average range.

Pay is FFS. Gross salary will range from 250,000 to 600,000 depending on volume of work completed.

Fee for service - ranges from 350k -600k/ per annum Overhead structure will be discussed with candidate interviewed

All physicians are paid fee-for-service. We are a WCB OIS clinic, and so derive payments from WCB Alberta as well.

Remuneration for this position will be fee-for-service.

In line with the medical leader salary grid.

Clinical Service Contract; rural incentives available (subject to change); candidates with BC or Canada student loans may be eligible for loan forgiveness; REAP funding available for GP Oncology training.

Combination (payment model)

Remuneration through LFP model or fee-for-service; after-hours care payments: $1,000 for weekday shifts and $1,400 for weekend shifts; sessional payments for mentorship, events, and quality improvement projects.

LTC panels remunerated through the LFP model or fee-for-service; after-hours care program payments: $1,000 for weekday shifts and $1,400 for weekend shifts; sessional payments for mentorship activities, events, and quality improvement projects.
