Join a dynamic, team‑based primary care clinic serving a longitudinal patient panel of 847 patients with a diverse demographic mix. Our interdisciplinary model includes Registered Nurses, a Social Worker, a Mental Health & Substance Use Counsellor, and a Clinical Pharmacist, all working collaboratively to support high‑quality, comprehensive care.

You’ll be part of a robust medical community with 13 family physicians on site, supported by two in‑house specialists (Psychiatry and Pediatrics). As a teaching clinic, we regularly host Family Medicine residents and medical students, fostering a rich learning environment and strong academic culture.

Our facility includes 21 exam rooms, a fully equipped procedure room, and on‑site administrative leadership, including a Billing Manager, HR support, Director of Operations, and Executive Director, ensuring smooth clinic operations and strong organizational support.

The town of Sidney is located on the southern tip of Vancouver Island and approximately 20 kilometers north of Victoria. This community is located within the traditional territory of the W̱SÁNEĆ People with a population of 11,600. With its mild climate, the community is a well-known tourist destination offering pursuits ranging from experiencing the Ocean Discovery Centre and a historical museum, to water-related activities such as sailing, kayaking, diving, fishing and whale watching. For those preferring to stay on land, Sidney also offers a pedestrian friendly downtown that includes coffee shops, bookstores, farm to table restaurants, and many special town events, like the Sidney Market and the Sidney Fine Arts Show.
