Salary range-$200, 000 to $250, 000 per annum.

Clinical Service Contract; includes contract, MOCAP, and NITAOP management.

Estimated Gross Income $300,000 - $350,000/yr; Fee-for-Service; relocation assistance up to $9,000 (within BC), $12,000 (from elsewhere in Canada), $15,000 (from outside Canada)
