Estimated compensation $300,000–$400,000 per year; option to choose LFP billing; exact compensation to be discussed at interview.

BC Longitudinal Family Physician (LFP) model in clinic; Acute and Long Term Care LFP + 20.02% Rural Retention; Emergency On Call - APP + 20.02% Rural Retention; possible limited travel and accommodation support; eligible for Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) retention premium (20.02%).

Fee for Service payment model. Estimated annual gross earnings of $250,000 to $350,000 for full time physicians, depending on patient volume, clinic hours, and services provided. Established patient base and high walk in volumes supporting strong and consistent earning potential
