Fee-for-Service

Salary and rank will be commensurate with experience; competitive salaries and excellent benefits packages are offered.

Paid based on appropriate step level per the collective physician remuneration model for CancerCare Manitoba Radiation Oncologists; on-call paid through University Medical Group; reimbursement of moving expenses up to $10,000 (receipts required); hiring bonus up to $15,000.

Fee-for-Service (FFS) remuneration in accordance with provincial billing schedules; overhead arrangements to be made with the department (details available upon request).

Remuneration commensurate with qualifications and experience; Ryan Program/US (0.05 FTE) position includes a stipend.

Hourly rate: $237.32; On-call stipend, meal per diem and additional hours; In-province travel and accommodations covered; Out-of-province travel paid for physicians holding 0.25 FTE (5–7 days monthly) and for locum providers with a 2-week (12 day) commitment; Remuneration per Doctors Manitoba Northern Independent Contractor GP Agreement (Apr 1, 2023–Mar 31, 2027).

Alternate bloc funding; paid at a generous hourly rate with shift differentials for evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays; no fee-for-service billing allowed; $15,000 recruitment bonus; physician is an independent contractor (responsible for professional/medical liability and taxes, no employer benefits for contractor positions); applicants may express interest in a Geographic Full‑Time faculty position which may include benefits.

Fee-for-service (compensation derived from FFS); overhead fee 25%

Base income potential $350,026 - $500,000; additional fee-for-service billing potential $150,000 - $450,000 annually. Compensation is a combination of salary, on-call stipends, fee-for-service billing and opportunities for private practice. Salary and on-call stipends are in accordance with provincial Doctors Manitoba negotiated contracts. Benefits include pension, paid vacation, paid education leave, parental leave and sick time.

Fee-for-service (agreement between Doctors Manitoba and Manitoba Healthy Living and Seniors). Anticipated annual FFS $300,000 - $500,000 (based on 40 hrs/week, excluding on-call). On-call stipends paid separately; 24-hour off-site on-call rate $597.43. Benefits not provided (may be purchased). Recruitment incentives may be available.
