Reimbursements: $7,000/week for first 7 days; $3,000/week for subsequent weeks in same trip (prorated); no receipts required. Completion bonus: $1,000/week for recurring coverage (minimum 5 shifts over 7 days, 3 times within 3 months). Returning locum bonus: $1,000 per subsequent locum (minimum 5 shifts). Remuneration (hourly): Saskatoon ERs – $255.90/hr (Weekday 0700–1700), $319.88/hr (Weekday 1700–2400 & Weekend 0700–1700), $383.85/hr (Weekday 2400–0700 & Weekend 1700–2400), $447.83/hr (Weekend 2400–0700). Regina ERs – $293.56/hr (0800–1700), $320.27/hr (1700–2400), $390.96/hr (2400–0800). Regina Urgent Care Centre – $330.96/hr.

LTC panels remunerated through the LFP model or fee-for-service; after-hours payments for LTCI participation: $1,000 per weekday shift and $1,400 per weekend shift; sessional payments for mentorship activities, events, and quality improvement projects; LTCI incentive payments.
