Médecin locum bilingue – remplacement congé de maternité

Équipe santé familiale Clarence-Rockland - Rockland , Ontario

L’Équipe de santé familiale Clarence-Rockland est située dans un centre médical moderne, à seulement 15 minutes à l’est d’Ottawa. Notre clinique est spacieuse, lumineuse et reconnue pour son environnement collaboratif et son efficacité organisationnelle.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) médecin locum bilingue (français/anglais) pour assurer un remplacement durant un congé de maternité, de juillet 2026 à février 2027 (possibilité de débuter en août). Une opportunité de prolongation après cette période est également possible.

Notre équipe comprend 16 médecins qui collaborent étroitement et sont toujours disponibles pour discuter de cas. Vous serez soutenu(e) par une équipe interdisciplinaire solide incluant des infirmières (RNs et RPNs) présentes quotidiennement pour le suivi des patients et la révision des résultats, deux infirmières praticiennes (soins pédiatriques 0–18 mois et santé des femmes), ainsi que des services en nutrition, kinésiologie et santé mentale.

Nous offrons également plusieurs programmes de groupe (ménopause, médecine du mode de vie, GLP-1), ainsi qu’un excellent soutien administratif pour faciliter la gestion des références, des formulaires et du flux de travail.


Détails du poste

Horaire :

-      5 demi-journées par semaine + 1 soirée

-      Mardi après-midi (incluant clinique en soirée de 17h à 20h)

-      Jeudi et vendredi (journées complètes)

Flexibilité : date de début flexible et vacances raisonnables possibles


Rémunération

-      625 $ par demi-journée

-      100 % des revenus de tiers (formulaires, billets médicaux, WSIB, etc.)

-      300 $/semaine pour la gestion de la boîte de réception

Ce poste représente une excellente opportunité pour intégrer un milieu de travail structuré, collaboratif et soutenant, et pour explorer la possibilité de se joindre éventuellement à une équipe FHT/FHO.

Bilingual Locum Physician – Maternity Leave Coverage

Clarence-Rockland Family Health Team – Rockland, Ontario

The Clarence-Rockland Family Health Team is located in a modern medical centre just 15 minutes east of Ottawa. Our Clinic is spacious, bright, and recognized for its collaborative environment and organizational efficiency.

We are seeking a bilingual (French/English) locum physician to provide coverage during a maternity leave from July 2026 to February 2027 (with the possibility of starting in August). There is also a possibility of extending beyond this period.

Our team includes 16 physicians who work closely together and are always available to discuss cases. You will be supported by a strong interdisciplinary team including nurses (RNs and RPNs) present daily for patient follow-up and results review, two nurse practitioners (pediatric care 0–18 months and women’s health), as well as services in nutrition, kinesiology, and mental health.

We also offer several group programs (menopause, lifestyle medicine, GLP-1), as well as excellent administrative support to facilitate referrals, forms, and workflow management.


Position Details

Schedule:

-      5 half-days per week + 1 evening

-      Tuesday afternoon (including evening clinic from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM)

-      Thursday and Friday (full days)

Flexibility: flexible start date and reasonable vacation time possible

 

Compensation

-      $625 per half-day

-      100% of third-party billings (forms, sick notes, WSIB, etc.)

-      $300/week for inbox management
