The Position

The Department of Pediatrics at the Queensway Carleton Hospital (QCH) in Ottawa, Ontario, is accepting applications for a General Pediatrician. The position includes providing care for healthy newborn babies, covering our level 2A NICU, and following babies in our Jaundice and Pediatric Discharge Clinics. In addition, our pediatricians support resident education through a partnership with the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO).

The Qualifications

Registered (or eligible for registration) with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with physicians, nursing, staff, patients, directors, managers, and the community.

Evidence of ongoing continued medical education.
