Job Description:

As a Family Physician at our clinic, you will provide comprehensive care for patients of all ages,
including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of acute and chronic conditions. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high quality, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Patient Care:
• Diagnose and treat medical conditions across all ages.
• Manage chronic diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension).
• Conduct physical exams, screenings, and immunizations.
• Preventive Care:
• Provide health education on lifestyle changes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborative Care:
• Work with specialists and allied health professionals for coordinated care.
• Refer patients when necessary and ensure follow-up.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system.
• Ensure patient confidentiality and comply with regulations.
• Quality Improvement & Teamwork:
• Stay updated on best practices and participate in clinic quality initiatives.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

Have a current eligibility letter from CPSA.  MD degree. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills.
