Located in the village of Lansdowne, Ontario just north of the Thousand Islands Bridge to the USA.  Centrally located between Montreal and Toronto just off the 401 corridor.  Thirty minute drive to Brockville, 45 minutes to Kingston, 90 minutes to Ottawa. The Centre is operated by a Community Board.  The Board employ the support staff and manage the facility and equipment upkeep and services.  The Board oversees the clinic operating budget reducing the administrative load for the practitioners.  

The clinic is well staffed with one NP, one clinic nurse and two office assistants providing support to the two physicians on site.  With a third physician to share in the overhead costs and increasing patient volume, there could be additional staffing support.  All records are electronic.  (Avaros)

The practice is part of a ten physician, three clinic, Family Health Organization and part of the Upper Canada Family Health Team.  Allied healthcare providers made available through the FHT are available to receive referrals and provide specific patient counselling, treatment plans and follow-up.

Requirements: Medical Degree and current license to practice family medicine in the province of Ontario.  Private family practice experience is optional.  Turnkey well equipped and modern facility with no financial investment required.  English language proficiency essential.
