Fee for Service Through the Outreach and Travelling Physician Support Policy Visiting Specialists are eligible for monetary supports: The outreach financial incentive, at a minimum, requires one way travel greater than 50kms, and pays at $1/kms up to a maximum 500kms one way. Zonal Medical Affairs will calculate payments using a round-trip amount on a monthly basis. For approved outreach service requests AHS will remunerate mileage/car rentals/taxis, meals, flights and accommodation in keeping with the AHS Travel Policy.

Clinical Service Contract at 0.4 FTE (typically 672 hours/year); compensation scaled to FTE. Physician Master Agreement Full Scope range placement $290,842–$363,552 (subject to scope of services and facility-based coverage). Additional Rural Retention Program Premium 13.97%. Other incentives may apply; family physicians not required to contribute to overhead.

Fee-for-Service with a guaranteed shift minimum, rural premiums and availability payments through MOCAP; Facility-Based LFP may be an option.

Fee-for-Service; May be eligible for additional remuneration under the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including Retention Premium 6.93% and Retention Flat Fee $10,740.
