Job Description: Family Physician in AI powered clinic
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Family Physician to join our team in providing comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages in our AI powered clinic. As a Family Physician, you will play a key role in delivering primary healthcare services, diagnosing and treating a wide range of medical conditions, and promoting overall health and wellness within our community. The position offers the opportunity to work in a well-equipped, patient-centered clinic environment alongside a team of professionals committed to delivering quality care.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care services to patients, including diagnosing and managing common illnesses and injuries.
- Conduct physical exams, health assessments, and preventive care.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe appropriate medications.
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Refer patients to specialists when necessary and collaborate with them to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our electronic health system.
- Provide counseling and education to patients on healthy lifestyle choices and disease prevention.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and stay updated on the latest medical practices.
- Offer virtual consultations when appropriate, ensuring continued care for patients.

Skills Required:
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) and completion of a recognized residency program in Family Medicine.
- Board certification in Family Medicine.
- Active medical license or eligibility to practice in the province of Ontario.
- Strong clinical skills with the ability to treat a diverse patient population.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
