Wonderful FHO/FHT family practice in Bracebridge, ON (Muskoka) that is 2 hours north of Toronto and part of the Cottage Country Family Health Team.

You would be taking over the practice of a physician who is relocating. This practice is roughly 1200 patients and will be available in November of 2025. The physician usually does 6 half days a week in their outpatient clinic. After hours clinic one Thursday night a month and 1/16 Friday nights. With taking over the practice, you would care for your patients admitted to South Muskoka Memorial Hospital.

Weekend call coverage is ~1 in 12 and split between other physicians in the area.

Lots of opportunity within the community to do other clinical activities if you want - e.g. hospitalist, ER, FM-OB, or palliative work. Supportive physician colleagues within the office. Community is well supported by specialists - internal medicine, cardiology, urology, general surgery, FP anesthesia, FP-OB.
