Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services, including preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, while building long-term relationships with patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide full-spectrum family medicine care to patients of all ages
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses
• Promote preventive health care and wellness
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
• Participate in clinic quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Certification in Family Medicine
• Licensed CPSO to practice in Ontario
• Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
