Job Description
We are a small, friendly and collaborative FHO near Bloor and Islington. One of our physicians will be retiring July 31, 2026 after many years of practice. They are looking to have someone take over their well established and well remunerated practice. The panel size is approximately 1350 patients. If you are interested in joining our group or would just like to ask about the opportunity, feel free to reach out. The other physicians in the group would be happy to provide support with taking over a practice, medical practice in Ontario in general, or support with billing under the new FHO+ framework to help maximize efficiency and help with work satisfaction.
