Job Description
The Department of Critical Care Medicine, Faculty of Medicine & Dentistry, University of Alberta, and Alberta Health Services, Edmonton Corridor is inviting applications for an Intensivist position in the Royal Alexandra Hospital Intensive Care Unit
The successful applicant must hold an MD and FRCPC qualifications or equivalent with training in Critical Care Medicine and have or be eligible for licensure in Alberta (CPSA). The successful candidate will lead the inter-professional critical care team during clinical weeks on call in the role of attending physician in the Intensive Care Unit at the Royal Alexandra Hospital. The successful candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and thrive within a collaborative and interdisciplinary program involving multiple specialties.
Interested candidates should submit:
• A letter of application outlining clinical expertise
• A current curriculum vitae
• A copy of CPSA practice permit or letter of eligibility
• Three letters of reference
