Job Description
North Bay Regional Health Centre is currently seeking a locum psychiatrists to provide psychiatric care to patients of its Mental Health & the Law Programs.
Our service includes an assessment and stabilization unit, rehabilitation and specialized transition to community units, and community outreach services.
Community Description
Known as Ontario’s Gateway City, North Bay is located 3.5 hours north of Toronto and 3.5 hours west of Ottawa. With a population of 54 000, it is a safe and welcoming community that offers a healthy and balanced environment for working, living and raising a family. North Bay boasts beautiful scenery, four distinct seasons of activity, a diverse economy and a new state-of-the-art regional health centre which is an affiliated with NOSM University.
Practice Hours
0830 hrs - 1630 hrs
Compensation Details
The NBRHC Department of Psychiatry provides a daily clinical session stipend. Locum psychiatrists are also eligible for a daily HFO honourarium of $363, travel sessionals and honourariums, as well as travel and accommodations reimbursement from HFO.
