Job Description

The Clinton FHT physician group of 6 family physicians is seeking locum coverage for July & August 2026. Details include:

Reimbursement includes $1,000/day with full return of FHO+ patient time stipend (@ $80/hr) in addition to third party billing.
Hours of coverage are 0900-1630 with 90 mins scheduled for lunch. There is some flexibility with start/end time. Overall 6 hours of patient facing time is the expectation.
Coverage for one physician/day (including roster & messages). Additional inbox coverage requests, if agreeable, would be compensated at $200/hr.
Direct nursing support is available for each clinic day.
Physician practices average 800 patients.
EMR is PS Suite. Heidi is available for AI for patients who have consented.
Free accommodation is available in Clinton or nearby Bayfield/Stratford. The "West Coast" is an absolutely beautiful area of the province.
Hospitalist and/or ER work is available for those interested at Clinton Public Hospital, located next to the Clinton FHT. Further details available on request.
