Job Description

A well-supported, collegial FHO group practice in Ajax is looking for a locum physician to provide coverage for approximately 6 weeks starting July 2026.

Schedule

  • 4 days/week: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
  • Hours: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Practice highlights

  • Approx. 1,200 rostered patients (diverse, established practice)
  • 5 other FHO physicians working in the same building (great peer support)
  • EMR: TELUS CHR
  • Heidi AI scribe available/implemented
  • Free parking
  • On-site lab and pharmacy

Compensation

With FHO+ anticipated to be implemented in the new year, remuneration includes:

  • FHO+ hourly rates
  • OHIP billings
  • Third-party and WSIB billings
