Looking for maternity leave locum in a FHO in South Oakville (by the Oakville GO train station)

When: starting October 2026 for 1 year (please consider applying even if only able to do part of this time)

Details: 

• ~900 rostered patients 
• Office shared with 2 other lovely physicians
• Staffing: office manager, 2 other medical office assistants, 1 part-time nurse
• Telus PS Suite
• Coverage needed: 
  • 5-6 patient hrs each on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and 3.5 hours minimum on Fridays (must be available in person for all those days)
  • Mandatory after hours clinic (in person) about once per month on Wednesdays from 5-8 and a rare weekend clinic (eg once or twice per year). The after hours schedule for 2027 has not been set yet so the locum can have input on their availability
