Blended payment: fee-for-service ED codes estimated to add ~$40–60/hr (day), ~$50–75/hr (evening/weekend), ~$80–120/hr (overnight) depending on volume/complexity (not guaranteed). Locum supports/reimbursements: reimbursement of MCC‑AMR and PEI application fees, locum licence and Medical Society dues; short-term accommodation coverage up to $300/night with receipt or $200/night without receipt (limits apply); short-term stipend $100/day (days worked) and paid travel time $50/hr; economy airfare up to $2,000 (or mileage capped at equivalent), car rental up to $1,400/week.
