~1600 patient practice in FHO

Multiple dates available- commit to all or select what you're available for.

Fixed summer dates: July 29-30, Aug 17-20, Aug 31- Sept 3

Fall dates (Sept- Dec): flexible, 1-2 full weeks or pre-set random days

Inbox will be covered by colleagues.

15- 30 min appts, average 15-20 patients/day

Location: Woodstock is ~40 min from London. Clinic is across from the hospital.

3 other MD colleagues, 1 NP (shared), great nursing/admin support. Shared office with 3 OB-GYN's.

9am-12pm and 1-4pm; typically in office Mon- Thurs.

Patients are comfortable with locums due to past maternity leaves covered by long-term locums.

Remuneration: $120/hour (from physician) + $80/hr (per FHO+), totalling $600/half day; 100% of third party/shadow billing.
