Reimbursements: $7,000/week for first 7 days; $3,000/week for subsequent weeks in same trip (prorated); no receipts required. Completion bonus: $1,000/week for recurring coverage (minimum 5 shifts over 7 days, 3 times within 3 months). Returning locum bonus: $1,000 per subsequent locum (minimum 5 shifts). Remuneration (hourly): Saskatoon ERs – $255.90/hr (Weekday 0700–1700), $319.88/hr (Weekday 1700–2400 & Weekend 0700–1700), $383.85/hr (Weekday 2400–0700 & Weekend 1700–2400), $447.83/hr (Weekend 2400–0700). Regina ERs – $293.56/hr (0800–1700), $320.27/hr (1700–2400), $390.96/hr (2400–0800). Regina Urgent Care Centre – $330.96/hr.

Contract: $391,237–$452,949 (annual). Relocation: $15,000 for 3 years (return-for-service). Eligible for Rural Physician Incentive Program up to $200,000.

LTC panels remunerated through the LFP model or fee-for-service; after-hours payments for LTCI participation: $1,000 per weekday shift and $1,400 per weekend shift; sessional payments for mentorship activities, events, and quality improvement projects; LTCI incentive payments.

Fee-for-Service; Estimated yearly remuneration: $350,000+ gross; Eligible for Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) incentives — Retention Premium: 14% or Retention Flat Fee: $21,000; Relocation funding: $9,000–$15,000; Recruitment incentive: $20,000; Vacation leave: flexible; Overhead (fixed & variable) available upon request.

Remuneration for this position is based on the Academic Medicine & Health Services Program (AMHSP). Salary will be commensurate with education and experience and ranges based on a number of different factors with an annual mean of $349, 009.92.
