We are seeking a dedicated Family Physician to join our established practice in Toronto's vibrant Dufferin and St. Clair neighborhood. Our practice operates under the Comprehensive Care Model (CCM) with plans to transition to a Family Health Group (FHG) model as we expand to three family physicians, with long-term goals of establishing a Family Health Organization (FHO). • Holds current licensure or eligible for a license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario
