Longitudinal Family Practice model; Fee-for-service (billing split 80/20)

Fee-for-Service; low overhead (20%); first three months – no base overhead; competitive billing split; signing bonus

Estimated yearly remuneration $300,000+ (fee-for-service and sessional payments); MSP premium 23.10% + $35,798.40 annual bonus (flat fee); MOCAP Level 2 on-call payments; $20,000 signing bonus; relocation funding $9,000–$15,000 ( $15,000 if relocating from outside Canada; $12,000 if relocating within Canada but outside BC; $9,000 if within BC); REAP and RCME funding available.

Fee for Service. On Call Stipend – Physicians are remunerated for being on call. Alberta Medical Association (AMA) Compensation Programs – AMA Membership compensation programs are under review and may be subject to change.
