Northern Medical Services is seeking family physicians with a passion for culturally safe, trauma-informed, relationship-based care in the predominantly Indigenous communities of Northern Saskatchewan.

On call in ER, weekday clinics, coverage at outpost clinics within an hour of Pelican Narrows.

Multiple physicians looking to practice together are welcome.

NMS offers excellent remuneration through Contracted Itinerant and Locum physician models.

Qualifications:

Fully licensed in Saskatchewan. CCFP or equivalent + minimum of ACLS but ATLS, ALARM, PALS, NRL, etc. highly recommended.

Travel to and from PN is covered, accommodations are provided.

Call Schedule:

Attending in Pelican Narrows ER, you will cover any EM visits, plus take after hours calls from outposts in Deschambault Lake and Sandy Bay.

Additional Information:

2 weeks in/ 2 weeks out is full time.
2 weeks in/ 6 weeks out is half time.
