Interior Health is seeking dedicated and skilled Family Practice or Specialist Physicians with additional experience and training in addiction medicine to join the team at East Kootenay Regional Hospital (EKRH) in Cranbrook, British Columbia. The successful candidate will deliver a broad scope of addictions medicine services, including:
• Addiction medicine consultations
• Inductions (e.g.,buprenorphine, methadone, SROM)
• Liaison with allied health professionals and community programs
• Education and training for residents, medical students, clinical clerks, and preceptorship learners
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with other specialties and the Emergency Department
• Ongoing consult management and follow-up care

Qualifications:
Current College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) License (Full); Canadian College of Family Practitioners (CCFP) (Mandatory); Canadian Medical Protective Association (CMPA) (Mandatory)
